Samsung Electronics has launched a new and innovative DVM Mobile App, developed for dealers, contractors and installers.

The Samsung DVM Mobile App is a comprehensive product resource, delivering essential information instantly, allowing dealers, contractors and installers to make key decisions on-the-move without the need to access websites or online portals.

Available for Android and iOS, the app’s home screen keeps the user up-to-date with the latest Samsung marketing, product and engineering news and content such as regular newsletters and video, along with access to the main functions; product specifications, energy simulation and controller information. Installers can rapidly access specification tables for Samsung air conditioning equipment, splits and VRF whilst on-the-move, confirming key technical information from Samsung’s product portfolio in an instant. The app allows businesses to effectively save time and money by optimising engineers’ work via the app.

Engineers benefit from access to advanced user functions with essential installation information and details on the range of advanced controllers. Tools such as instant clarification on error codes, capacity corrections and product and system analysis are effectively managed through the app. These tools enhance consultants’ and engineers’ offerings, by allowing them to deliver answers and solutions quickly.

Charles McAlpine, head of Air Conditioning UK&I at Samsung Electronics, said: “At Samsung we are dedicated to ensuring that the tools available to installers are quick, simple and offers users the very best solution possible. The use of a mobile app allows installers to access information like they have never done before, saving precious businesses time and money.”

To download the app visit Google Play or App Store.
