SAMSUNG has signed a long-term partnership agreement with Gallant Air Conditioning.
The deal sees Gallant provide technical and service support for Samsung air conditioning products as well as distribution and customer relationship management (CRM).

Gallant manages Samsung's only dedicated training facility for air conditioning in the UK, which opened in Mansfield this summer.

The training centre was described by Gallant as a 'considerable investment'. Gallant expects 'a steady stream of visitors' from Samsung's Chertsey head office to the training centre, managed by its technical director Paul Price.

Gallant managing director Ted Berry said 'It goes well beyond the normal manufacturer/distributor deal because CRM is such a crucial element of our work for Samsung and because of our depth of technical expertise'.
