UK: Refrigeration businesses Space Engineering, WR Refrigeration, CBES, Carter Thermal Industries and Arcus Engineering have received awards for their 'quality and service' by supermarket giant Sainsbury's.
Following the presentation of the awards at Sainsbury's recent supplier conference, Hannah O'Reilly, Sainsbury's category manager (FM, refrigeration & transactional sourcing), said 'Over the past 12 months, these suppliers have embodied the Sainsbury's behaviour of delivering great service, driving sales.

'Since the start of new contracts in June last year, these suppliers have significantly improved both the quality and service we achieve with our refrigeration assets enabling us to provide a more consistent reliable and dependable service offer to our retail colleagues and customers. All now achieve over 95% in our critical cabinets not trading metric and look to build further on this going into the second year of our relationship with them.'
