RW Refrigeration Wholesale has continued the implementation of its UK growth plan with the acquisition of Banfield Refrigeration.
Based in High Wycombe, Banfield Refrigeration was founded in 1981 as family-based wholesaler and distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration supplies.
Andy Berry, RW national operations manager said: 'We have acquired a strong technically biased independent wholesaler with a wealth of local experience. I am pleased to welcome Spencer Banfield, the former owner, to our team who will continue to head up the branch operation.'
