RPW and NRW merge

REFRIGERATION and air conditioning wholesalers RPW and NRW have merged to form a new operation to be branded as FSW. RPW was renamed FSW on March 1 and NRW Ltd becomes part of the new set-up today.
Fridge Spares (Northern Ireland) in Belfast also comes into the UK business as part of the group restructure.

No branch closures are envisaged as part of the merger.

The UK business will be managed by current RPW & NRW managing directors, Graham Hill and Mark Henderson.

The other members of the NRW Group, Just One Call Ltd, NRW (FM) Ltd and ESP Ltd will continue to trade as separate entities with no changes to the way they operate.

'There is a strong logic for the businesses to work together as both are built around the principle of knowledgeable experienced staff delivering high quality customer service,' commented Graham Hill

'This merger consolidates the solid financial position of two sound companies' added Mark Henderson.

FSW is part of the Fridge Spares Group, controlled by Dermot Byrne which includes three branches in the Republic of Ireland.
