Refrigeration: it's a mature market

ONE in four refrigeration equipment company directors will be aged over 60 by the end of 2005, according to a new report by Plimsoll Publishing Ltd.
This latest study of the UK's top 567 companies, and the 1175 company directors that are responsible f them, reveals that of the 533 directors that have been in office for over eight years, 36% will be aged 60 or more by the end of 2005.

Average directors salaries increased by 20% last year to £72,360 and top earners can expect an annual salary of £131,000. The UK average for top earners is £162,000.
