Refcom's new-look website simplifies certification

F-Gas certification body, Refcom, has launched a new-look website this month to make it easier for companies to obtain the mandatory Full Certification.

The new site boasts an upgrade facility enabling companies holding the Interim Certificate to gain Full Certification in advance of the deadline of 4 July 2011.

As well as checking the status of their applications and certification, companies visiting the website can also update their contact details. The new-look site also offers a more streamlined navigation system, making it easier for visitors to find what they are looking for.

Set up in 1994 in response to atmospheric damage caused by refrigerant gases, Refcom is the leading company certification body for the stationary refrigeration and air-conditioning (SRAC) sector.

Refcom also manages Refcom Elite, a voluntary registration scheme that shows commitment to 'best practice in refrigerant handling.'

See the new website at www.refcom.org.uk.
