GLASGOW-based refrigeration control and monitoring company Resource Data Management (RDM) is to open an office in the USA and extend its partnership with Verisae Inc, the US-based provider of maintenance, energy, and environmental management software solutions.
Through the partnership, the two organizations will expand their collaborative approach to creating solutions that help customers lower their overall operating costs. Verisae will provide an end-to-end open system that combines data collection, energy alarming, and technical expertise for their customers.

RDM USA Inc will be established on April 1 and will assume ongoing service and warranty support of RDM products and other third-party hardware for Verisae's current and future clients. For new purchases, Verisae clients will be offered the flexibility to purchase the RDM energy hardware either directly from RDM or from Verisae.

'The value provided through the Verisae RDM partnership will benefit our individual and joint customers in a number of ways,' says Andrew Chandler, md of RDM. 'Our combined industry expertise will enable us to consult on the people management and process issues confronting our customers.'
