The Straight Duct pipe casing range now comes in four different sizes (60, 75, 100 and 140mm) which will allow pipe runs to be contained within an easy to fit, aesthetically pleasing and weather resistant ivory coloured PVC trunking system.  The back half of the casing is fixed by screws to the wall, the pipe run is installed within the casing using special internal fixing bands, and the top half of the casing is simply clipped into place.  All of the main casings are manufactured in standard 2 metre lengths and are suitable for outdoor as well as indoor applications.  Interlocking accessories, which include elbows, bends, T-Joints and connecting/reducing sockets are designed to allow for the casing to follow the route of the pipe run all of the way.  A smart, easy to clean cosmetic casing for all of those applications where a good finish is paramount.
The Base Rock condensing unit support blocks are lightweight, weather resistant PVC resin products capable of taking a weight of up to 250kg per anchorage point.  Available in two different lengths, 450mm and 1000mm, each has pre-formed grooves to enable the condensing unit to be bolted onto the Base Rock.  These support blocks are black in colour and have anti-vibration qualities when installed.
Designed to clip to threaded rod hangers, the Pair Hanger pipe clips are ideal for supporting insulated copper tube pipe runs.  Clipped anywhere onto a threaded drop rod, each clip will support two insulated copper tubes together with system interconnecting wiring.  A special clip arrangement allows the insulated pipework to be attached to, or removed from the hanger at any time and they can easily be removed and relocated, as required.  On multi-unit installations, two clips may be placed back to back for neat pipe runs.
