UK: ACR News is sad to report that Paul Kingswell, a well-known and highly respected member of the UK air conditioning and refrigeration community, passed away at the weekend.
Paul, who worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, joined Airedale as an applications engineer in 1984, spent eight years at Williams Environmental before spells as national sales manager at Toshiba Carrier, Mitsubishi Electric and Hitachi. He was also managing director of Axair Climate for nearly six years.
In 2010 he changed career direction in order to focus on opportunities within the renewable energy sector by taking the commercial manager's role at Jaga Heating Products.
Paul was diagnosed with cancer last year, and he fought it with great courage and fortitude, but since the beginning of the year his condition worsened and Paul passed away on Sunday February 17.
A statement from Jaga said: 'Paul will be deeply missed by all at Jaga but always remembered for his passion, sense of humour, personality and commitment. Our thoughts are now with his family and friends.'
