The site includes classroom areas, work bays for hands-on training, and a full range of Aquarea air-to-water heat pump systems. It is equipped to deliver accredited courses, remote learning options, and project support for installers and technicians working with residential and commercial systems.
The facility will be used to train both external partners and Panasonic staff, with a focus on current technologies and refrigerant handling practices.
In addition to the Pilsen centre, Panasonic has recently opened the Panasonic Lab in Barlassina, Italy. The new site, which replaces a smaller predecessor, offers 300sqm of space for technical and theoretical training. It includes an exhibition area for high-power systems and a technical zone with operational units.
Both facilities are part of Panasonic’s wider training infrastructure in Europe aimed at supporting skills development in the HVAC&R sector.
