Panasonic introduces Aquarea Service+ in the UK: offering heat pump households a seamless maintenance solution

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions is launching its Aquarea Service+ package, providing ongoing maintenance and support to UK homes with Panasonic heat pumps installed.

With 60 years of experience in heat pumps and over 100,000 heat pump installations to date, Panasonic is providing households with extra protection for their Panasonic installed heat pumps. The Service+ package delivers support and maintenance to all Panasonic Aquarea heat pumps installed into UK homes, to bring peace of mind and reliable all-round comfort.

Panasonic Aquarea Service+ offers expert assistance to provide year-round maximum energy efficient heat pump operation. The service has already been running successfully in Ireland, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Sweden markets. It progresses beyond traditional service packages, with a suite of affordable options, ranging from remote monitoring, reports and daily diagnosis checks.

Service+ supports all Panasonic Aquarea heat pumps. Paul Taylor, UK head of heating solutions at Panasonic Heating and Cooling Solutions, said: “In our journey to meeting changing regulations, we don’t want any homeowner to be left behind. We want to provide them with a service that is accessible, so they can get the support they need as soon as possible. Homeowner Paul Byrne, located in Ireland, signed up to the Service+ package for his five-bedroom bungalow following the install of his Panasonic Aquarea J Series 9 kW heat pump system three years ago.
