Mr Heyes has over eleven years’ experience in HVAC having previously worked for Kooltech as senior applications engineer and nine years previous to that working for Invensys Controls and has a BTECH OND in Electronic Engineering. His role at Pacair involves promoting and supporting the sales of Pacair's product portfolio with regards to air conditioning and other products the company offers for project specifications ensuring a high level of customer service.

After a challenging 2020 Mr Heyes is looking forward to his new role as project design manager and becoming an integral part of the team at Pacair helping to secure and increase sales for the company.

Mr Tinsley has brought with him 28 years’ experience within the HVAC industry. Previously he has worked at Mitsubishi Electric in the roles of technical and product marketing manager along with product manager for VRF, splits, ventilation and heating. Mr Tinsley is particularly interested in low carbon heating technologies especially heat pumps and gained a BSc in Environmental Science and Product Marketing. He commented: 'I am looking forward to working with specifiers and consultants ensuring they get the best product solutions for their projects.'

Mr Wright has over 16 years market experience in the industry with companies like Tottenham Hotspur and various contractors. He has joined Pacair to further his knowledge of the brand and support Richard Parvin in terms of giving support and advice to clients and engineers who are based on site. Mr Wright said: 'I am looking forward to my  new role as technical support and supporting the Pacair team and clients ensuring the receive the best technical solutions for their sites.'

Director Nigel Palmer said: 'Pacair has predominantly  concentrated its resources on air conditioning as its core product since the company’s incorporation in Nov 2003. It has been our mission, as well as our pleasure , to partner many consultants , contractors and end users over the last 17 years. However, legislation is changing rapidly and when added to general market forces  we feel 2021 is the correct time to diversify our product offering and add even more value to our services.

'We have restructured  and strengthened our team to be able to add and offer specific project and product information to our current portfolio on a new line of products  by expanding our supply route to all HVAC products. We will be targeting the growing ATW heat pump market, chillers on heating only projects amongst others  and aim to be an influencer in these and  many other sectors of the market.

'We would like to thank our clients , partners , the manufacturers we work closely with and our entire supply chain for their continued support during these last testing months and wish them all health and success for the future. We have embarked on this business restructure to be able to enhance our  support for many more years to come and look forward to embracing the challenge.'
