PACAIR, the bespoke design and air conditioning supplier, has expanded its operation to enhance its ability to support new and existing customers with its dedicated, customer-focused approach.
A new company called PACAIR North West opened on 1 March and will operate out of the Wigan offices of former Mitsubishi Electric VAR (Value Added Reseller) Oshen Products. Oshen founder, Stuart Law and his team will now join PACAIR, boosting the company's overall sales and technical abilities.

Mr Law, who is now sales director for PACAIR NW, said: 'This new venture strengthens what we can offer customers as it combines the best of Oshen's consultancy abilities and its connections in the North, with the strength of PACAIR's bespoke solution approach.'

PACAIR offers its services across Mitsubishi Electric's comprehensive range of air conditioning, heating and ventilation products and the new venture has the manufacturer's full support.

Nigel palmer, PACAIR founder and director, said: 'Having had ten years of sustainable growth the time has come to expand our local presence in the North and this link with Stuart gives us a known entity in the region. This new venture enhances our ability to influence and specify the right equipment for each project in support of our customers.'

Based in Hemel Hempstead, PACAIR is currently celebrating its tenth year of offering specialist independent support to customers, with an experienced team covering all aspects of the supply chain from initial design to final commissioning.

In addition to providing full support on the entire range of advanced air conditioning solutions from Mitsubishi Electric, PACAIR also retains its role as an approved sales channel for the Toshiba and LG brands. All brands will be offered under PACAIR North West Limited.
