OCEANAIR UK Ltd, the Nottingham-based ac distributor has expanded its business into the south following the closure of its sister company Oceanair Distribution.
The two companies have traded as separate companies since 2002, with Oceanair Distribution Ltd operating from premises in Horsham.

Oceanair UK has now taken on the majority of Oceanair Distribution's staff and expanded its own operations to cover the southern region.

Tony Evanson, md of Oceanair, said: 'I have known the team at Horsham for many years and they share our passion for customer service and technical support.'

He added: 'As a result of the change, we will also be offering extended stock holding facilities in the South and Midlands, improved technical support, and improved design and application advice - particularly in the renewables sector.'

The company will also now offer a wider range of products, including air-to-water heat pumps, tanks, pumps and controls.
