Oil terminator could end flushing problems

ONE of the most difficult tasks in converting old systems to run on new alternative refrigerants is the process of removing the mineral oil, solid contaminants and acids from the existing copper tubing. Replacement of the copper piping is not always feasible or economically viable but flushing can be a messy and inexact science.
Now an American, Joe Bell, has come up with a new product called The Oil Terminator, primarily designed as a flushing system to make the conversion from R22 to R410A fast, safe and efficient.

The Oil Terminator will allow hands-free flushing of both the high side and low side copper tubing.

Adapters can be attached and removed easily leaving the copper tubing undamaged. Once the adapters have been attached the service engineer can go outside and remotely activate the flushing cycle.

The Oil Terminator can be timed to pulsate the chemicals and nitrogen throughout the copper tubing lines. This pulsating timed feature makes sure all the mineral oil and contaminants have been completely removed.

Joe Bell is currently seeking investors in this new technology. Further information at the website theoilterminator.com
