NRW unleashes cool spare parts firm ESP

REFRIGERATION and air conditioning wholesaler NRW has unveiled its new spare parts business, ESP.
ESP, short for Equipment Spare Parts, supplies spare parts and components for brands of refrigerated cabinets and display cases.

ESP stocks and supplies spares for top brand equipment, including Foster, Williams, Hussmann, Norpe, Koxka, Carrier and Linde.

It also stocks and supplies Honeywell Elm refrigeration spares and controllers. Spare parts for equipment from other well-known manufacturers will be added during the next few months.

The Preston-based business is being headed by NRW employee Wendy Holroyd who hopes ESP will become the first port of call those requiring refrigerated cabinet spares.

Mark Henderson, managing director of NRW, said: 'When a unit breaks down, it creates an emergency for the end user - and often a real headache for the service company to identify and source the right part, which may often be on long lead times from the manufacturer.

'ESP can quickly identify the component required and supply it to wherever it is needed, enabling a speedy return to normal service. We believe it's the one-stop-shop solution the industry has been waiting for.'
