NRW has confirmed the purchase of the assets of Gasco International UK following its move into administration.
As part of the purchase, refrigeration wholesaler NRW will take on the branches in Dartford and Glasgow and operate them as NRW Wholesale branches in addition to its existing network.
The two new branches are open for trading and it is hoped that staff at those branch locations will join NRW.
NRW managing director, Mark Henderson, said
'The two new branches take us into new territories and with the financial stability of the NRW Group we are in a strong position to take the business forward. We hope customers will be patient as we get the branches up and running providing the level of service they require as quickly as possible'.
