Nomination deadline for acr engineers approaches

THE closing date for nominating your favourite acr engineer for the Institute of Refrigeration's lifetime achievement award is fast approaching.
If you know an outstanding acr engineer who deserves to be rewarded for his or her efforts, nominate them before the deadline on November 23, 2009.

Nominations may be made by employers, clients or colleagues.

The IOR's award is aimed at honouring an engineer with substantial service, maintenance or installation engineer experience in the industry. Candidates for the award must not only have substantial experience but also still be active in the industry. The chosen engineer also demonstrates a commitment to the future of the sector.

The winner will be invited to attend the IOR annual dinner on February 11, 2010 in London to receive an award from the IOR president. The award includes a cash prize of £400.
