In response to increased interest from homeowners seeking a streamlined approach to heat pump adoption, Nibe’s D2C model offers a fully managed system, encompassing MCS-compliant design, installation, and aftercare, which can be purchased directly from the company. This initiative applies only to air source heat pump installations and is intended to run alongside Nibe’s existing installer network, Nibe Pro. More complex or mixed-technology projects will continue to be referred to Nibe Pro partners.
“Our new D2C platform is a natural evolution of the market,” said Paul Smith, Managing Director of Nibe Energy Systems. “As more homeowners explore heat pumps, we’re seeing increased demand for simplicity and end-to-end delivery. By offering this route, alongside our valued installer network, we can reach more customers, deliver high-quality outcomes, and scale our impact in the energy transition.”
Also announced is a training collaboration with GTEC, which will provide Level 3 heat pump qualifications through selected colleges across the UK. This initiative supports installers who are not yet MCS-certified in their efforts to achieve Nibe Pro accreditation. Nibe’s internal team will continue to offer product-specific training, with additional support including warranties and lead generation for Nibe Pro members.
The company’s stand also features the newly launched S1156 PC and S1256 PC Ground Source Heat Pumps with passive cooling integration, and the S735C Exhaust Air Heat Pump with R290 refrigerant, which provides active cooling and a compact, outdoor-free unit design.
