NG brokers cool deal for air conditioning specialist

Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have brokered a deal to let a prime Nottingham light industrial unit to a fast-growing wholesaler of air conditioning parts and systems.

ACR Supplies has moved into the 5,814 sq ft Unit 4 on the Eldon Road Trading Estate in Attenborough in a deal that was completed after just four weeks of the property hitting the market. NG acted for a private landlord on the deal.

Sunny Landa, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “At NG we pride ourselves on matching the right tenant with the right property, and, in this case we knew that ACR Supplies would be a perfect fit.

“The company had identified three properties, but Unit 4 on Eldon Road Industrial Estate was their favourite.

“Key to the quick turnaround of this deal was a landlord that understands and acts on what a tenant needs. Our client carried out a comprehensive internal refurbishment on the property to include new decoration, lighting and carpeting of the offices - all finished to the highest quality.

“I trust ACR Supplies will be very happy in their new home.”
