New Year, New Name for Worthington Nicholls

From May 1st, the company formerly known as Worthington Nicholls Group plc will change its name to Managed Support Services plc (MSS).
The new name reflects the substantial management and strategic changes at the Group and the focus on managing and delivering services for customers, and was approved at the recent AGM.
All trading companies previously carrying the name of Worthington Nicholls have been amalgamated into existing MSS Group companies. Accordingly, the company previously trading as Worthington Nicholls Trading (formerly Worthington Nicholls Group PLC) is now trading as Woods Environmental Limited.

Woods Environmental will be the delivery platform for MSS air conditioning installations.
Woods Facilities will be the delivery platform for our group-wide building services and maintenance capabilities.

The Group will continue to offer the existing range of services delivered through the platform of the four principal trading activities:

Woods Facilities - air conditioning and building maintenance

Woods Environmental - supply and installation of air conditioning systems

Classic Interiors - refurbishment and redecoration services

Euro Property Services - specialist supplier of kitchen equipment and complex air conditioning for the hotel industry
