As a further stage in the development of Hotchkiss Air Supply (HAS), Phil Johnson has been appointed managing director and will join the business on the 4 November 2013.
Mr Johnson brings a wealth of experience from the ventilation and air distribution equipment market after holding important positions with Senior Hargreaves and Waterloo Air.
Chairman of Hotchkiss Group, Michael Ohly, said: 'We are delighted to welcome Phil to Hotchkiss Air Supply, who will lead the business through the next period of growth.'
At the same time, George Latimer will step down and take up the position of sales director.
Mr Johnson will be joining an experienced management team and he said: 'I look forward to working with George and his team who have a great reputation.'
