The winners of the HVR Awards 2016 were announced at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. London last night, with Mitsubishi Electric scooping the Commercial Air Conditioning Product of the Year for its City Multi Hybrid VRF. Daikin' s – VRV i-Series also came highly commended in the same category. Comedian Bob Mills hosted the event which culminated in the HVR Awards honouring Jack McDavid of the BESA as the first recipient of the new lifetime achievement award.

- Consultant of the Year - SI Sealy & Associates
- Customer Service Person of the year - Celia Dickinson of Toshiba Air Conditioning
- Trainee of the Year Reece Summerfield – EOGB Energy Products
