After more than 40 years in the refrigeration industry, 17 of those at the helm of Capital Cooling, Alister McLean has chosen to stand down as managing director handing over the reins to James Anderson.
Mr McLean has had a long and distinguished career with Capital, building up the business from a one man outfit to the £20m a year enterprise that it is today.
