Mr Büchsel has held leading positions at various companies belonging to the Freudenberg Group in Germany, France and the USA since 2003. In 2012, he started to work for EagleBurgmann Germany, which has been active in sealing technology for rotating and static equipment for 125 years. EagleBurgmann is a subsidiary of the Freudenberg Group. He held different positions there, including his latest role of vice president sales and marketing. He studied business administration and mechanical engineering.
