Chandrakumara brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial refrigeration, with previous roles at Carter Synergy, Viessmann, and most recently EPTA. Originally trained in aerospace engineering, he transitioned into refrigeration early in his career, building a strong track record with major UK retailers and contractors. Known for his practical approach and focus on value-driven relationships, he has led teams and delivered complex projects nationwide.

At Marstair, he will be responsible for deepening customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting team development in a rapidly evolving sector.
