The new role brings the two product areas under one commercial lead. LUVE says this will help the Group stay closer to customers, improve coordination between regions and ensure consistent support as the business grows in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. The company also links the appointment to rising demand for high-efficiency equipment and the wider use of natural refrigerants.
Ampezzan joined LUVE in 2009 and has worked across several parts of the business. He was most recently Commercial & Marketing Director for the Components unit, where he helped develop the product range and expand the company’s presence in major markets. He also served as managing director of a LUVE subsidiary, gaining experience in day to day operations and long term planning.
Before joining LUVE, Ampezzan worked in other industrial sectors, including HVAC/R. These roles gave him experience in product development, competition, and managing relationships with international customers and partners.
