Lloyd Coils Europe is exhibiting at the ACR Show again this year.
Located on stand B60, the company will be showing its range of finned tube coils for refrigeration and air conditioning applications.

During the past year, Lloyd Coils has introduced a new fin pattern for low temperature display case coils. This is its 4S4 pattern, using 1/2in tubes on 40.5mm x 35mm staggered pattern, which, along with the previously introduced L40 pattern using 12mm tubes on 40mm x 50mm in-line pattern, will offer an evaporator coil solution for most applications.

Lloyd Coils now operates 10 fin lines at its manufacturing plant near Prague in the Czech Republic and produce coils in various tube and fin materials. Tube diameters are 7mm, 5/16in, 3/8in, 12mm, 1/2in and 5/8in and are available in copper and aluminium.

Fin materials are available in aluminium, hydrophilic coated aluminium, epoxy-phenolic coated aluminium, copper and tinned copper.

Lloyd Coils also now offers its LCE coil coating which is applied by immersing the entire coil into a liquid form of the LCE coating giving 100% penetration through the fin pack.

The coating is antimicrobial, anti-corrosion, has no impact on capacity and creates a super hydrophobic surface. An example of the coating will be on display at the show along with examples of various other coils from its range.
