Building services specialist, LJJ, has promoted Steve Poulter to the position of contracts director for its southern region.
Former operations manager for the company’s southern office, Mr Poulter joined LJJ six years ago and was responsible for overseeing major projects and securing long-term business opportunities, including the development of a number of schools across the country.
He began his career in the building services sector in 1980 and worked his way up from foreman, service engineer, contracts engineer, project manager and contracts manager. In his new role he will be responsible for all projects delivered from LJJ’s High Wycombe office, with construction, retail and administration teams reporting to him.
