Philippou's specific duties include coaching, motivating, and supporting the sales team through collaborative site/customer visits while challenging commercial and final tender submissions to ensure competitiveness and innovation. He is also tasked with identifying new routes to market and setting business plans and regional targets for each sales team member.
During his 33 years working in the corporate facilities management and HVAC sectors - including 10 years as a senior technical engineer, coupled with a further 23 years in Business Development - Philippou has developed and honed his technical and managerial skills to meet a variety of challenges in FTSE 100 and global organisations. He has previously held roles at Johnson Controls, Swegon, BAM FM, and other businesses.
