The second annual World Refrigeration Day will take place on the 26 June 2020. The initiative will again raise the profile of the important contribution that refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps make globally across so many aspects of modern life – including in the home and in business premises.
“We’re delighted to be involved again this year and in fact are so confident of the importance of this event that we have already signed up for next year – 2021 – as well,” said LG’s Hugo Lambourn. “There were more than 800 physical events in more than 150 countries around the world last year and whilst of course Covid-19 will ensure that physical events will be few and far between, we are happy to be supporting a number of virtual events on 26 June.”
