100 Years of Rebel Women brings together a panel who, between them, have over 100 years of experience working in the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump sector. They share what the network means to them, explore how the expectation and attitudes toward women in engineering have changed and revisit some career highs, lows and everything in between. 

This episode is the first of a series which will deal with various topics relevant to individuals working in the RACHP sector or to anyone considering a career in the industry. During light-hearted and informative conversations, the panels will share their experiences and knowledge to support and encourage others working in the field. They will address some of the many preconceptions about working in a” male-dominated field” and hopefully encourage the next generation of engineers
