Kooltech ends Haier deal

KOOLTECH will no longer be selling Haier air conditioners after terminating the agreement it signed with the Chinese manufacturer only last year.
Explaining the reasons behind the split, which Kooltech describes as 'very amicable', md Murray Sharp said 'We review all aspects of the company and its sales channels regularly and when we looked at the current market conditions, it just seemed a good time to part company.'

The decision leaves Kooltech to concentrate on developing its sales of Mitsubishi Electric equipment, a brand it has been selling for the last ten years.
