Joe Hepburn has been hired as a senior mechanical estimator. He has worked in the field of mechanical services for over 40 years, having started his career as an assistant to the commercial manager in a mechanical services business in Greenock, Inverclyde. Mr Hepburn has since worked across all aspects of the mechanical services industry in technical, quantity surveying and commercial roles.
He said: “I can't wait to get started. I've known Kimptons for many years and they have always been on my radar as a place I'd like to join. They have a talented team and I'm looking forward to being part of it.
“I'll bring some extra experience to the team and hopefully even more business of the right type. It's a tricky market out there at the moment but the focus Kimptons have as a business ensures we know what projects suit our capabilities and where we can add real value.”
Linzi Sheard has also joined the business as financial controller.
