Tony Twine, who has led national sales efforts, will now focus on developing the market in Ireland. He will work with distribution partner FSW Ireland to support growth in the region.

Paul McDermott has been promoted to Senior Manager – Commercial Product Sales. He has worked at J & E Hall for over 22 years and helped launch its commercial refrigeration range in the UK.

The restructuring follows the retirement of Paul O’Brien, Northern Sales Manager, who worked closely with contractors and installers in northern England. Carl Burton has joined as Account Manager for the North. He brings experience in refrigeration and HVAC and will focus on sales and customer support in the region.

Kyle Bray has rejoined the company as Account Manager for the South. He will manage key accounts and build relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors.

These changes are designed to improve regional coverage and customer service.
