Ricki Horsington will oversee the London and South-East region, while George Bradley takes responsibility for the M62 Corridor and North-West. Their arrival expands the company’s UK-facing team, which also includes Darren Fereday and Adam Isherwood (Midlands), James Stafford (South-West England) and Peter Wilson (Scotland and North-East England).

Horsington brings nearly 14 years of AHU experience, including a previous period with IV Produkt in production and controls. He joins from ECE UK, where he worked closely with M&E consultants and contractors, particularly on healthcare projects. Reflecting on his return, he cited the company’s focus on decarbonisation and the opportunity to work with the ThermoCooler HP.

The ThermoCooler HP, an integrated reversible heat pump designed for heating-led applications, sits within the company’s Envistar AHU range and was named Commercial Ventilation Product of the Year at the 2025 H&V Awards.

Bradley joins from Nuaire, where he specialised in specification sales. His remit at IV Produkt is to develop a new territory through consultant and contractor engagement. He highlighted the company’s culture, engineering capability and investment in R&D as key impressions from his introduction to the business.

Commenting on the appointments, Manuel Swärd, Export Director West Europe, said the expansion reflects continued demand in the UK and the strong performance of the ThermoCooler HP.
