Italian process chiller firm buys rival

THE process chiller manufacturer Frigosystem Group, based in northern Italy, has acquired its business rival Corema.
Frigosystem, based in Caronna Pertusella, Italy, bought the rival process chiller firm Corema, located north-east of Milan.

Frigosystem used a new firm, Corema International, as the vehicle for the acquisition.
