IsoCool has appointed a new Saudi agent, Al Raya.

Based in Jeddah, Al Raya will fulfil cooling equipment orders for IsoCool and Eurochiller products, deliver maintenance contracts, and work directly with IsoCool on bespoke installations. The move ensures that IsoCool’s growing client base in the MENA region is able to access the company’s products, solutions and high standard of service, faster than ever before. 

Al Raya is one of the region’s leading water treatment experts, and has a solid background in cooling system maintenance. Over the past 20 years, it has expanded considerably and today offers services and expertise unavailable anywhere else in the country. The company provides a wide array of programmes and services intended for industrial and commercial applications, including chiller systems and cooling towers. Al Raya’s technicians are IsoCool trained in the maintenance of industrial equipment and are able to handle any complex mechanical tasks.

Customers in the Middle East can now order IsoCool-supplied equipment directly from Al Raya, with the latter also providing maintenance contracts (always working in close liaison with IsoCool). However, bespoke projects, involving system design, configuration, project management and so on, will be handled directly by IsoCool on a consultative basis. In these instances, an IsoCool director will travel to the Middle East to assess the client's needs and propose the best solution.
