IoR Webinar: The search for the best HFC replacement

Following the success of his presentation on low GWP refrigerants in small air conditioning systems back in November, J&E Hall Gold Medal Winner, Mark McLinden will be giving the talk again as a webinar on 5 May.

Mark McLinden.

Mr McLinden comes from NIST, USA, developers of the Reference Fluid Thermodynamic and Transport Properties Database (REFPROP). His presentation will focus on the results of a study to identify alternatives to HFC refrigerants and report the results of a comprehensive search for the best single-component, low-GWP replacement fluid.

This will be an opportunity to listen to one of the world’s experts in refrigerant properties while having the chance to ask questions. To find out more, download the paper and book your place, visit https://ior.org.uk/events/low-gwp-refrigerants-talk
