IOR recognised for long-standing membership of ASHRAE

The Institute of Refrigeration (IOR) has been acknowledged for its longstanding affiliation with the ASHRAE Associate Society Alliance (AASA). IOR President Graeme Fox FInstR was delighted to be presented with a certificate commemorating the IOR's 60 years of membership in this alliance during this year’s ASHRAE Winter Conference.

This significant achievement underscores the Institute's enduring dedication to maintaining an international presence and actively participating in the exchange of knowledge and ideas within the fields of refrigeration, air-conditioning, and heat pumps.

Graeme Fox, upon receiving the certificate, said: 'This is a great honour for the Institute of Refrigeration. We believe that our partnership with ASHRAE has played a pivotal role in facilitating the IOR's networking efforts on an international scale.'

Highlighting their commitment to collaboration, the IOR participated in the ASHRAE Winter Conference held in Chicago in January 2024.
