The IOR and Women in RACHP Network is holding a career development training session aimed at women working in RACHP.
Hosted on 23 June by Cool Concerns, the session coincides with the International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) and will include:
- A practical workshop run by former IOR president, Jane Gartshore. This will give participants a unique chance to acquire hands-on experience handling using the latest alternative refrigerants at the Cool Concerns training centre.
- An interactive session on career development with Carbon Data Resources director Carol Bond whose group work will focus on personal development, power in the workplace and career planning.
