Investigation launched into ac accident in Frankfurt

THE German Federal Aviation Authority is investigating an incident on Saturday in which a helicopter dropped an air conditioning unit from the top of the 186m-high Trianon building in the heart of Frankfurt's financial district.
The helicopter is reported to have been forced to drop its load when it was hit by a gust of wind. The air conditioning unit fell 180m to the ground. The only injury was to a worker on the roof of the building.
