In his new role, Noon will lead the strategic and operational performance of the division, with priorities including sustainable growth, strengthened customer relationships and delivery of high-performing services across key sectors.
Integral Cooling Tech sits within JLL’s Workplace Management business in the UK. While Integral’s engineering, projects, and soft services teams have transitioned into the JLL brand, the specialist cooling and refrigeration arm continues to operate under the Integral name to support its strong position in critical environments and temperature-controlled sectors.
Noon began his career as an aircraft engineer in the Royal Navy before moving into the refrigeration industry 17 years ago. His experience spans operational and commercial leadership roles, including heading a national industrial service department for a major manufacturer.
He joined Integral in 2021 as Service Director for industrial refrigeration and became Refrigeration Director in January 2025. During this time, he has played a central role in developing the Integral Cooling Tech business and strengthening its operational capabilities.
Shane Betts, head of JLL Workplace Management UK & Ireland, said Noon has been “instrumental in the continued growth” of the business, bringing “deep technical expertise and operational leadership”.
Noon said he is proud to take on the role, adding that demand for specialist refrigeration expertise continues to rise across logistics, manufacturing and critical environments, creating opportunities to expand capabilities while maintaining high service standards.
