INGERSOLL Rand has placed its Trane, Hussmann and Thermo King businesses into a new Climate Solutions division.
Didier Teirlinck, formerly president of the Climate Control Technologies sector, has been named president of the new Climate Solutions sector.

The move brings air conditioning manufacturer Trane into same sector with Hussmann's commercial refrigeration and Thermo King's transport refrigeration businesses.

Henkel, chairman and chief executive officer of Ingersoll Rand.
