During Chillventa Nürnberg 2008 (October 15-17) heat pumps are playing a bigger role with more than 30 exhibitors showcasing heat pumps and their applications in commerce, industry and heat recovery.

ClimateMaster, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Stulz are some of the big names in the market exhibiting at Chillventa, (the trade fair for refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps hosted in Nuremberg).

Gabriele Hannwacker, exhibition director of Chillventa, said “The Bundesverband WärmePumpe (BWP) e.V. and the Chillventa exhibition combine a large potential, as both BWP and the companies exhibiting at Chillventa possess many years of experience in the field of industrial heat pumps. We are using this in the village to give industrial heat pumps a fitting platform for the first time.”

Chillventa is offering a platform for suppliers of components for industrial heat pumps and the industry get together is hosting “Heat Pumps for Experts” organized by DKV (Deutscher Kälte- und Klimatechnischer Verein e.V.) and NürnbergMesse.

As well as exhibition stands, the forum in the Industrial Heat Pump Village offers short presentations and panel discussions on current issues. Forum topics are supplemented by the supporting programme at Chillventa.

The International Heat Pump Symposium, organized by DKV, takes place on October 14, the day before the exhibition.
