Incentive FM Group, the independent facilities services company, has announced it is to merge its latest acquisitions Comserve and ACE to create a single building and M&E services company.

Rebranded as Incentive Tec, it will offer clients a comprehensive range of fully bespoke building, maintenance and project management services. Designed to enhance the customer experience it will retain its strong focus on compliance, regulatory requirements and service targets.

Incentive Tec will continue to operate from two strategic offices in Kings Langley and Derby, with all operational and office-based teams unaffected. It will operate on a 24/7 basis, with more than 150 multi-disciplined engineers providing mobile, resident and project engineers throughout the UK.

Chairman of Incentive FM Group, Jeremy Waud, said: “The creation of Incentive tec means that our customers will benefit from a broader range of services, supported by a large national mobile engineering team, all from a single point of contact. This will be underpinned by a foundation in outstanding technical competence and an understanding that providing an excellent customer experience is crucial.”
