UK REFRIGERANT distributor Isceon Distribution
Services (IDS) has become a wholly-owned subsidiary
of the Dehon Group following a change in share
ownership. This follows Dehon's acquisition of the
shares of its joint venture partner Rhodia Ltd.
The Dehon Group is the leading European distributor of
refrigerants with operations in major markets likGermany, France, Italy and Spain. The company has vast experience and expertise in the distribution of refrigerants and related products, including recovery, recycling and reclamation.
Mel Bridges, md of IDS said 'This change in share ownership is a really positive step forward for IDS and reinforces our position in the refrigerants market.'
