Ralph Howes has worked in asset rental for 25 years, with the last 15 dedicated to portable cold stores, blast freezers and modular temperature controlled buildings. Proving solutions for storage, manufacturing, and test facilities throughout the UK.

Kayla Shaw, has worked in sales for almost 16 years and has been in the refrigeration and cold stores industry for just under two years. From her time in the modular construction industry Shaw brings a wealth of knowledge of modular complex designs that can be applied to cold stores as well.

Lisa Townsley has joined ICS Cool Energy from our sister company Trane UK. Townsley brings over seven years of experience in the refrigeration rental sector on top of several years of knowledge of the health, safety and compliance industry. 

Mike Elver has been with ICS Cool Energy for over six years, and brings over 20 years of experience in the HVAC hire industry. Elver has full appreciation of the demand levels for planned and emergency hire having served various high-level roles and managing major national accounts across the UK including manufacturing, telecoms, retail and major event management companies.
