HRS to support World Refrigeration Day with special award

The Hampshire Refrigeration Society will show its support for World Refrigeration Day, taking place on 26 June, by presenting a special award at its annual golf event on 18 July.

The HRS is seeking nominations for its World Refrigeration Day award, which will go to an individual who has shown exceptional skills, support or vision and therefore furthered the advancement and recognition of the RACHP industry.

The award will be presented at the HRS annual golf day on 18 July by Steve Gill, former president of the Institute of Refrigeration and founder of the World Refrigeration Day initiative, which has been developed to raise global awareness of the importance of the refrigeration industry in daily modern life.

To submit your nomination, email hampshirerefrigerationsociety@gmail.com before 01 July.
